Daily Duties at Harper Trenholm & Associates:
Assist the contractor in preparing estimates, contract proposals and bid from letting to bidding. Conduct presentation, seminars in basic estimating, solid mensuration, unit conversion and contract proposals. Served as an advocate to minority firms and assist in resolving payment issues, contract and specification issues and other problems in the filed.
