• Responsibilities included (3 rotations): (1) Funding, Lien Perfection, Facilities, (2) Late Collections, (3)Repossession and Remarketing • Hired, managed and developed teams of 20 - 40 non-exempt and 3 -5 exempt associates • Established workflow patterns, performance standards and job descriptions for multiple levels • Creation and implementation of 1-3 year departmental goals and objectives • Developed space planning and facilities resource needs, liaison for building projects and facility requests. • Oversight of preparation of files for internal and external audits related to securitization, repossession and funding • Development of strategy, incentives, workforce management and dialer operations • Managed relationships with Vendors, i.e., skip agencies, repossession companies, collections agencies, FedEx and USPS, landlord and construction firms • Reviewed reporting and analysis of departmental performance, implemented process reviews to eliminate waste • Developed working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws pertaining to collections, repossession, funding, lien perfection and information safeguarding. • Attended related conferences, store visits, seminars and corporate meetings • Ensured adherence state and federal guidelines, reporting variances for review • Developed annual budgets
