Daily Duties at Delaware Valley Floral Goup:
Oversaw 4 Distribution Centers, strategically located thru my expertise. Managed day to day operations of 8 Supervisors, 4 clerical, 4 warehousmen and 100 drivers. This day to day encompasses the following but not inclusive of everything, Budgeting,maintenance,safety,routing,Dot Compliance State & Federal,procurement of equipment trucks,warehouse equipment. Cooler and Warehouse design.
