• Responsible for content management of software users group website; evaluated existing applications and recommended design changes to improve usability. Created application deployment tools, including installation and verification applications. • Developed and maintained marketing collateral, including product sheets, newsletters, press releases and premiums. • Coordinated trade show preparations and research; supported Value Added Resellers and internal sales staff with registrations and other needs; created custom marketing collateral, premiums and trade show booth graphics. Provided support for Customer Services Representatives regarding customer sales and software troubleshooting issues. • Created Interactive Product Tours from development inception to delivery; responsible for content development, graphic design, Flash Action-script programming, voice-over talent and soundtrack, and publishing to CD-Rom. Finished product prominently displayed at trade shows. Shot, edited, produced training sessions and quarterly meetings for future use in Video, DVD and VCD formats. • Assisted in Search Engine Optimization activities. Maintained CRM databases Clientele/Salesforce.com); assisted in Preparation of RFIs. Coordinated annual software renewal effort.
