•Second tier phone support for end user log in and access problems •Led team for HIPAA security rule compliance •Created new Novell/Active Directory accounts •Created user accounts for 30 different systems •Audited and maintained user accounts •Maintained file/folder access rights •Maintained system access rights through Novell/AD groups and policies •Troubleshot system log in problems and access problems; password resets, account activation and rights issues. •Troubleshot VPN remote access connectivity problems; password resets, computer configuration changes, F5 system changes for the person’s account. •Maintained security part of Ironmail and Gwava antispam systems •Created Groupwise email accounts and distribution list •Tracked all hardware and software licensing •Logged work request through GroupLink Helpdesk system •Provided excellent customer service to internal and external customers
