•Supported/troubleshot problems with UltiPro HR System •Scheduled and monitored upgrades to UltiPro HR System •Managed project of getting all employee files boxed, documented, shipped for electronic scanning and physical storage •Managed project to get employee terminations completed electronically through the Web Portal of UltiPro •Managed project to get employee photos on the UltiPro Web portal •Wrote Cognos (SQL Database) reports pulling data and analyzing it •Updated the HR Intranet Web page in the Sharepoint system •Implemented new UltiPro application tracking system E-Recruitment *Created training documentation and trained end-user on new systems •Provided excellent customer service to internal and external customers
