•Support end users, computer systems and software programs; diagnose and resolve problems including TCP/IP, Wins, and DNS issues •Remote to end users computers to resolve problems, install software, and do configuration changes •Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, system and printer problems •Coordinate install of new equipment including telecommunication systems •Create and maintained user accounts, permissions, and security rights •Help staff understand the systems they use and how to use the system to help themselves •Leading project to research, test, and document password self reset/unlock tools
