Provide expert mentorship for senior leaders in training and techniques to improve the performance of 180 person organizations. Lead organization level review process to critique performance and suggest training strategies to improve performance. Prepare extensive written reports to support findings, and provide immediate feedback to customers on progress of training and effectiveness of performance.
