Trained staff and supervised counselors and direct care personnel Operated as the chief strategist and did strategic planning and helped agency obtain funding and stay compliant with industry regulations Implemented projects to add new services and helped agency achieve national accreditation. • QMHP for disabled adults assisting them in locating and utilizing resources to address limitations caused by their disability and helped advocate for their protection, services and issues • Maintained ongoing communication with Medicaid and mental health center regarding incidents and consumer issues and progress; maintained records and reports on each client • Provided a nonjudgmental and empathetic therapeutic approach in supporting clients and their families dealing with social, emotional, and environmental challenges • Establish rapport with; applied behavior modification techniques to; conducted psychosocial assessments of; and provided clinical assessments, diagnostics, and treatment services to clients • Collaborated with mental healthcare professionals and outside agencies in the development, implementation, and evaluation of client treatment plans • Caused agency to receive extra funding by developing relationships with several referral sources and writing proposals • Wrote treatment plans and documented all interactions in progress notes.
