Responsible for: maintaining vendor accounts within 30 - 45 day status; deducting debit/credit memos; resolving complex discrepancies between vendor invoices and receipts; provide back up support for data entry, problem reconciliation, and other members of the vendor specialist team; and responsible for weekly check printing.
