Daily Duties at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center:

• Coordinates care/service of selected populations across the continuum of care: Promote effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources. • Arrange home health nursing, wound vacs, Physical/Occupational therapy, Iv antibiotics, Iv infusions, Durable medical equipment for cancer patients • Oncology background, utilization review, discharge planning, quality management, and case management. Computer literate, knowledge of accounting and financial data analysis, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, third party reimbursement, and medical record coding and pricing of services. • Interacts daily with medical staff, nursing ancillary staff, social work, external case managers, patients and their families, community resource representatives and cancer center personnel
