Daily Duties at Rx Relief:
• Maintain a high level of pharmacy practice standards in a full-service, 208 bed acute care hospital by ensuring medication safety, provision of drug information, and providing patient centered therapy management with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and nurses • Utilize skills needed for drug therapy monitoring including patient assessment, history, and laboratory data review • Interpret the appropriateness of a medication order before preparing/permitting the distribution of the dose
