Lead ISO 9002 certification effort, wrote quality manual, quality procedures and assisted other departments in writing their procedures; trained and managed internal quality auditors; performed supplier audits to include writing non conformance and following up to ensure closure; provided quality engineering support to receiving inspection, press department and assembly lines; performed gage repeatability and reliability; led effort to establish statistical process control througout the plant.
