Daily Duties at Tech Serv:

As a consultant to a client I lead their efforts to achieve ISO 9001 certification. I provided training on ISO requirements, wrote their quality manual and procedures required by the standard, trained and managed their internal auditors to meet standard requirements and other activities that helped create and establish their quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
