• Facilitated non-profit training courses for community-based and faith-based organizations; • Identified potential funding sources for FCE partners; • Assessed capacity needs of community-based organizations and provided technical assistance and training services based on those needs; • Informed partners of collaboration opportunities; • Coordinated annual partners luncheon (2004 & 2005 for 400 attendees); • Verified contract compliance and submitted for payment, and monitored spending of associated budget; Secured payment of grant funds; • Coordinated advanced training opportunities; • Created the curriculum for the advanced training sessions; • Supervised training facilitators and staff; and • Reviewed the overall development of FCE partners in the evaluation of organization growth.
