Renting apartments, collecting rent, banking, supervise office and maintenance staff, hire and train staff for other properties, supervise two additional properties including the one I was over. Customer service and relations, microsoft excell, and outlook. Answering phones and scheduling new resident to their new living quarters.Making sure the property is trash free and weed free. That units are ready for new tenants to take possession.Checking the amenities such as pool and fitness room are clean and ready to use.
