Responsible for month-end closings for nine of the company’s 25 divisions located in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah with a total of 95-100 employees. Includes month-end closing journal entries, posting payroll, posting fixed assets, reconciling a variety of reports to the General Ledger, and handling receivables and collections for one of the divisions. Interact with division executives to gather data and/or clarify information. Revenues for the nine assigned divisions range from $500,000 to $2 million per month. Also reconcile bank accounts for all 25 divisions, and track third-party invoicing.
