Daily Duties at Lance Inc:
Machine Operator: Operate the machine used to make bags for the product. Changed film and code dater tape to keep production moving. Kept seasoners full and adjusted to the right amount allowed. Set temperatures for heat seals and hole punches. Set weight and air amounts for each bag. Packer: Inspect finished product, count and then pack into boxes. Shipping: Load the exact amount of the correct product on the conveyor belt to be loaded into the truck. Cleaned and sanitized daily. Inventory counts done at the end of every month.
