Piloted SAP material management implementation. Led team that blueprinted 'as is' situation, performed gap analyses, resolved gaps, built detailed data maps. Designed new business processes. Coordinated with other teams to ensure a cohesive integrated implementation. Served as the business leader in design meetings, negotiated solutions for cross-functional processes, prepared functional specifications, tested MM functions; led team members in performing their tasks. Maintained assigned portion of the MS project plan.
