Daily Duties at Qwest Communications:
Directed a 14 person training group to create and maintain training for new hire and existing internal Qwest Business Market Group sales and sales support, external vendor, and Federal Government Agency audiences. Managed system administration for Learning Management Systems to support internal employee, external vendor and Federal Government audiences. Represented Qwest as the Key Person for training to support the Federal Government Networx Contract.
