Serve as the most sought-after member of the Keller Williams Professionals Office panel for exhibiting expertise in short sales and foreclosures. Organize and execute offsite sales presentations to increase awareness of local communities on various services offered by the company. Train and mentor new agents on industry’s best practices and company standards. Coordinate with internal and external advisors on deal structuring, negotiating, capital structure and drafting, along with financing and joint venture agreements. Author contact documentations, such as source selection plans, pre-solicitation documentation, negotiation memoranda, contract documents and vendor correspondence. . Handle the sourcing, negotiation, and structuring of business terms of purchase and sales agreements for property acquisition and dispositions. Foster long-term relationships with local and national private and institutional investors, equity funds, and lenders.
