Daily Duties at Zeus Capital Advisers:
- Prepare preliminary study and analyze industry, market and competition data. - Perform financial modeling. - Create strategy to restructure bank capital, achieve and maintain the required level. - Assist to design, compile, and prepare transaction materials including valuation analysis and Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). - Be responsible for marketing activities. - Research banking industry and generate problem banks list. - Market services to clients, develop client networks, and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. - Assist in providing clients with mergers and acquisition advisory services. - Work on a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions. - Develop marketing materials, including IPO positioning and M&A Strategic alternatives. - Initiate and document business plan for new business development. - Prepare client presentations and information memorandums.
