Daily Duties at Ibm:

Directed IBM Manufacturing and Development (M&D) as well as worldwide Brand Customer Support organizations throughout Y2K contingency planning process. Served as member of Y2K Global Office charged with quality, effectiveness, testing, and completion of all Customer Services and Support contingency plans for M&D units. Addressed potential increases in workload, emphasizing critical processes, operational capacity, infrastructure, and testing to ensure successful completion of risk evaluations and ensuing plans for reduction of exposures. Centered contingency planning on customer needs and maintenance of customer satisfaction in case of critical process failures and/or unexpected business conditions. Served as Senior Marketing Manager and member of Y2K Global Initiatives team. Defined brand plan and direction for Y2K programs and solutions.
