This includes the creation of customized user manuals, online training and e-learning. • Conducted process mapping using Visio for comparison between legacy and new case management system. • Participated in functional specification review, system testing, data conversion verification and end user support during development and implementation. • Provided application support to public for both internal and external customers. • Participated in GAP analysis of business rules, process improvement, and requirements based on Florida laws. • Worked with QA team to design test plan and test cases for user acceptance testing • Supervised and coached training staff • Created a new hire program and made recommendations regarding canididates ability to succeed
