Daily Duties at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center:
Managed the hospital-wide departmental Quality Assurance/Risk Management plans. Reviewed and analyzed departmental process studies, statistics and problem resolution. Supervised Utilization Review department responsibilities. Facilitated communication and documentation between managers, medical staff, executive management and the Board of Directors in preparation for JCAHO accreditation survey.
