Daily Duties at Dietz Management System Inc. :

Provided coordination between Diez Management System Inc. and (SSA) Federal employees to meet mandated conversion deadlines using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Hands-on configuration and installation of proprietary software and network hardware to meet network standards and procedures, for large Microsoft NT network. Provided second level on call support (24 x 7) to troubleshoot and resolve network related problems such as; users not inserting into the ring, ring purges, and network storms. Utilized network sniffers and other detection equipment to isolate and resolve network problems. Responsible for the resolution of any OLICOM (OEM) equipment related failures for the worldwide NT Network. Worked with floor plans and blueprints for the installation of network cabling and equipment for Token Ring, Ethernet, and Fiber. Documented progress using Microsoft Excel and Lotus Notes spreadsheets.
