As a Leadership Development Specialist, I completed four 6-month rotations within muiltiple departments of the company including: Human Resources, Health Care Network, Claims Customer Quality, and Claims Business Analysis. During each rotation, I served as a performance management consultant to managers within the department. I designed and implemented improvement plans to shape employee behaviors based on identified developmental needs. I was also responsible for educating both line-level and executive-level managers on BCBSAL's corporate Performance Management Practitioner Process.
