System Support Lead for workstation deployment for CTS at EPA Headquarters in Washington, DC and other sites in different regions across the nation. Successfully utilized Active Directory to create new users, assign workstations, and unlock user’s accounts. Supervised more than 10 technicians at any given time, with the installation of hardware and software for end users. Worked collaboratively with the EPA zone representatives to ensure timely scheduling and accurate location matching of users and equipment. Provided daily follow up reports to CTS management and other EPA Staff. Performed desktop support tasks in a managed services environment using Active Directory Services. Interfaced directly with end users to resolve complex system issues and problems which had been escalated thru Remedy problem ticketing process. Recommended and implemented more efficient process changes. Provided leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel. Maintained and improved processes to ensure successful team performance goals and objectives.
