Daily Duties at University Of Texas At Arlington:
• Assist with the setup and monitoring of events in the University Center (UC) and UC Mall. • Assist clients with their setup needs (furnishings, audio, lighting, computer connections and display, adjustment of setups, cleaning, and other functions, as needed); • Assist with requests from departments housed in the UC; • Learn and assist with the emergency needs of the building; • Assist and direct the building crews with required event setups; • Monitor the UC for security and event needs; • Proactive participation in all aspects of event management.
