Provided on-site technical support to AFSPC in evaluating environmental program compliance and corrective actions. • Monitored changing regulations and analyzed potential impacts on environmental regulatory compliance programs including compliance with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, Toxics, Greenhouse Gases (Ozone Depleting Substances), and Spill Prevention Contingency and Countermeasures (SPCC). • Provided workshop coordination and briefings, database development, monthly PMR briefings, permit currency metric management, policy and guidance development, and program management support during absence of civil service Environmental Programs managers. • Managed AFSPC data call collection and reporting requirements per Headquarters U.S. Air Force. • Assessed Air Quality Program documents and requirements across the Command, including Air Emission Inventories (AEI), Title V Operating Permit and Synthetic Minor permit applications. Evaluated documents evaluated for technical accuracy, federal enforceability and long term impacts to the customer’s mission. • Developed and maintained program continuity plans including the Air Quality Regulatory Overview and Applicability Synopsis (AQROAS) to identify program trends and assess AFSPC-wide compliance issues and impacts from proposed regulations. • Team lead and trainer for AEI development on multiple sites. Conducted full site walk-through, validation of current emission factors, and validation of methodology and assessments of calculations using federally enforceable input parameters.
