Daily Duties at Ft. Myers Miracle Professional Baseball:

• Responsible for coordinating all on and off-site catering events, both during the regular and off-season • Assisted in all media events, player banquets, on-field promotions, and advertising sales for Minnesota Twins Spring Training (hosted by the Ft. Myers Miracle staff) • Directly responsible for $50,000 in advertising/ticket sales • Helped plan and coordinate numerous promotional activities, leading the organization to all-time attendance records in 2003 and 2004 • Developed and utilized cycle counting procedures to inventory all goods on hand in order to fulfill demand for a 9,000 seat stadium on a game-to-game basis • Led intern-based team in developing the weekend festivities schedule and events for the both the players and team executives for the 2003 Florida State League All-Star Game hosted in Ft. Myers • Helped develop direct reports in ordering food and beverages from vendors, running cash reports at the end of each game, and setting up and running catering events for corporate clients
