Daily Duties at Kraft Foods:

• Directly responsible for managing 80+ associates, which encompasses facets of both production and sanitation, utilizing safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale model in order to drive overall OCI • Identified and led projects that work to reduce cost without the need of capital spending • Directly responsible for the manufacturing of 1MM – 1.5MM pounds of product weekly • Directly responsible for maintaining Sanitation controls, including consumption and compliance • Addressed all issues pertaining to scheduling, payroll, rewards and recognition, and employee relations for all direct reports • Managed safety, labor, raw material, and direct/indirect accounts at the shift level • Assisted the finance manager in setting yearly budgets to best reflect prior year’s usage • Led Sanitation Safety Team (plant wide) to reduce overall safety concerns for sanitation associates • Led Operations Diversity Council Employee Involvement Team to coordinate and execute numerous plant activities to enhance employee involvement and morale
