Daily Duties at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours:

In my current dual role, I am responsible for running, maintaining, and enhancing the overall safety program for a 140 person production facility. This includes developing and administering all safety/quality training programs, leading the facility Safety Council and it's sub-committees, and championing the employee involvement process throughout all business functions. On top of the safety duties, I also help supervise the Retail Packaging line (bottled powdered coffee creamers) for the entire department. I am responsible for the following; scheduling, production metrics, training, communication/issue resolution, HACCP adherence, etc.
