Daily Duties at Bhx, Inc.:

Responsible for daily Treasury Management tracking and related transactions for 19 cash accounts. Performed reconciliation of cash, payroll, and general ledger accounts, prepared inter-company transactions for nine companies, prepared monthly general ledger journal entries, performed month end close procedures, and prepared internal financial statements. Also, prepared quarterly and year-end payroll tax reports, vehicle mileage and fuel tax reports for various states, and assisted with preparations and schedules for fiscal year-end audit. Additional duties included the daily transactions, payment, and recording entries for Comdata and site fuel inventory reporting and ordering.
