When first hired at entry level I worked as a technican installing phone service to residential and commercial sites.I consistently exceeded all productivity measures and received two double merit raises for performance.I soon was promoted to higher pay scales up to the maximum at BZT 1 classification within the broad band installation group responsible for fiber optic network termination testing turn up and trouble shooting criteria.I have worked for this company for eleven years woring multiple technician jobs until 2005 when I took a promotion into management over technicians within a union enviroment.I worked as a local manger for 4 years consistently receiving high performance ratings and earning bonuses often times exceeding my peers.I was consistently praised and won several awards for technical knowledge and initiatives started by me to bolster productivity and efficiency within the organization.I have worked as a local manager responsible for 1600 square miles of area and the timely repair and installation of DS1 to DS3 level communication networks for large business entities.I trained fostered and flourished ina constantly changing highly competitive market of telecommunications.
