Responsible for the daily schedule and set-up of the Plant in El Paso and oversee the operations in the McAllen plant. Reduced warehouse space by 20,000 feet to make room for new transformer division by using Lean Sigma methodologies Plan and design the start-up of the transformer division in El Paso, and came below budget by $50,000 Able to reduce accidents by 40% Accuracy of inventory at 98% and all paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments. Make sure that all plant equipment is calibrated and preventive maintenance is done. Make sure that we have equipment ready for our customers.
