Educated and assisted coworkers in the use of a Novell network, including e-mail, printing, shared drives, etc. Drafted operations and maintenance manuals. • Improved the in-house application of software packages, such as Excel, Work, and Act, which resulted in increased productivity. • Coordinated with five Project Managers on the successful completion of eight to twelve projects. • Lobbied representatives in Washington D.C. on non-union regulations and issues.
