Responsible for preparing daily and month-end reports, financial statements, projected forecasts, etc. • Developed marketing and feedback strategies that steadily increased sales and profits by 10 to 15%annually. • Oversaw Accounts Payable worth $500k. • Designed a business plan that allowed for growth, the ability to adapt to new opportunities and technologies, and the allocation of resources to priority areas. • Developed successful relationships with up to 20 vendors. • Rearranged store layout to maximize merchandising, key area displays, and ease of selection. • Hired and successfully trained employees with and emphasis on win-win results.
