Daily Duties at The Ohio State University:

Administered and led daily responsibilities of a 41 million dollar operation. Controlled responsibilities for overseeing 26 different operations with multiple style of services. Led management team of 20 direct reports, 70 full time managers, staff of 240 full time and 1400 student employees.Directed creation of long term master food plan which included redesign of 4 facilities and creation of 8 new operations. Oversaw the creation of and maintained fiscal responsibilities for 27 budgets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Rebuilt operation which grew from 25 million dollars in sales to 41 million while reducing food costs ranging from 38-42 percent to 32 percent average.Increased customer satisfaction scores secret shopper scores from a 78% rating to a 90 percent rating overall.
