Manage daily operations of retail store; logged prior days sales and expenses on P & L statement tracking sales goals and expenses against monthly budget, notating break-even point; layout floor/ showroom with merchandise, create flow to main counter; inventory control through ordering stock based on need, popular sellers and seasonal trend; train staff in store operations and collections for advancement opportunities within local and nationwide markets; collect delinquent accounts over 30-days; deliver/ repossess merchandise as necessary based upon manpower; schedule staff hours; display promotional material related to national campaigns; balance daily receipts and till; open/ close store.
