My main responsibility focused on the generation of financial statements. As part of this I reviewed all journal entries for the accounting department, posting them at the end of each day, review vendors to be paid within the terms of Haribo's contract with each vendor. I also reviewed the amount of cash on hand to determine amounts to be invested overnight through Haribo's bank. Reconciled all asset, liability, and bank accounts. Constructed internal and external reports for management and its stockholders, and stakeholders.
