- Perform audit of all Purchasing, Manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI) process, and Techninal support functions in preparation for ISO9000/TL9000 certification. - Analyze all processes for improvement opportunities. - Managed customer and internal Corrective Action (CA) process. - Developed metrics to track progress relative to operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. - Generate post release Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s). - Quality Liaison for customer visits.
