Provide diverse portfolio of reporting tools. Recommend and implement process improvements to establish and measure standards of performance. Develop tools that measure contractual compliance to ensure accurate standards of billing/financial obligations were met. Provide extensive project management skills to support large implementations, custom reporting solutions, and technical applications. Manage diverse resources, operational, and technical resolutions. Participate in executive level presentations for request for proposals
