Manage the District’s public relations and education program regarding the District’s water conservation programs facilities, projects, events and services by selecting, preparing, and distributing marketing and informational materials through all available media including the maintenance of the District website. Writes and distributes all District News releases and writes and designs all District publicity and informational materials. Monitors all expenses allocated to the public outreach effort and the information technology budgets.
