Daily Duties at International Filing Company:
In charge of buys in material and logistics of $20 million. Managed company's newly formed business unit: Responsible for new product sales, including government sales. Managed corporate planning including: Forecasting, inventory control, promotional plan-ning, and forecasting. Held full profit and loss accountability, prepared annual budget, monitored sales growth for new business unit, and related functions. Directed staff development: Supervised, hired/dismissed, trained/evaluated, reviewed performance appraisals, promoted, disciplined, and motivated 4 Managers and up to 15 employees. Managed all warehouse and logistics functions. Led Lean implementation for Materials Management Group.
