Full P&L responsibilities for all functions and activities of the Geotechnical Engineering Business Unit. Cross-functional team formation and leadership. Business Development and growth of Business Unit. Drive strategic plan adoption among staff. Formulate policies, procedures and compensation schemes for staff. Train and mentor junior staff.
