Daily Duties at Usaf:

Managed a team of six personnel assigned to the CST Team B, providing computing infrastructure and support to over 1000 Maxwell-Gunter users on two networks. Enforces software management by removing/reporting unauthorized software. Worked the client Support Team Call Center as needed or directed. Configured workstations, printers, software and operating systems to be compliant with Command Standards, installed Standard Desktop Configuration on networked systems, Process systems requirement and validate user requirements/individual user accounts. Provided group/individual mailbox assistance. Managed system security IAW NCC directions and Command Policies. Performed fault isolation and correction for networked system. Provide small computer repair support for 42 Air Base Wing, Maxwell AFB Base.
