Daily Duties at Champps Entertainment, Inc:

Hired as a server/bartender and hostess I quickly made my way to BOH (back of the house where focused on the business side of Champps. Compiled daily reports of payroll, payables and sales. Inputted weekly schedules for all staff. Managed all office functions of restaurant. Motivated team members through daily challenges resulting in positive team morale and enhanced productivity.
