Daily Duties at Berea Church:
Responsible for the oversight of all church ministries. Organize and implement effective programs to achieve church purpose and core values. Be available to all members for counseling and advice with all life crises. Supervise all staff and provide training as needed to improve ministry effectiveness. Serve as ex-officio on all church committees and teams. Assist Budget Team with annual budget projections and promotion.
