Recruited by CEO to manage corporate wide financial and operational planning, wholesale operations, and retail support. Develop relationships with Asia suppliers and lead feasibility study for foreign joint venture. Teamed on product development initiatives with focus new materials. Managed $12 million operating budget and provided leadership to 100+ employees covering assembly, distribution, outbound logistics and inventory.
